This Resort is destined to become the most important and
luxurious residential development in the Gulf of Mexico
and has the full backing of the Mexican Government. An extensive
masterplan that will see the whole area become the next big
international tourism region includes plans for 11 golf courses
in the area making it the largest golf destination in Mexico.
THE RESORT
Campeche Playa Golf Marina & Spa Resort is a 5 star
resort which will be built with the utmost ecological
care and consideration in order to create a new tourist
destination in Mexico. It is designed to appeal to the
mid to high end tourist market as well as those interested
in eco-tourism. The resort will be self contained with every
possible facility and amenity including a town centre with
international restaurants and shops, a 5 star 500 room hotel,
spa, tennis courts, hawksbill turtle museum and research
centre, as well as a health care centre.
Owners will benefit from the use of all the facilities within
the development. 10 year golf membership and 5 year marina
membership is included in the price of all units. The
golf course will be an 18 holes Jack Nicklaus Signature course
and the first ecological golf course in Mexico with
reduced green fees and priority tee times for property owners.
It aims to be one of the most important golf courses in Latin
America. The Sports Marina will have capacity for 150 boats
and marina membership will include the free use of a variety
of craft in exchange for points depending on the size of the
craft used
Phase 1 is due for completion mid 2008 by which time the hotel,
the sport marina and 9 holes of the golf course will be finished
with the further 9 holes completed by 2009. The whole resort
is due to be completed by the end of 2010.

in small blocks located along the golf course, around the
natural lakes, and in proximity to the marina and commercial
area. Each block has landscaped gardens and swimming pool.
