Payment Terms
Properties can be reserved for a maximum of 14 days via an initial refundable holding deposit of €3000 or £2000 allowing time to either visit Mediterrania Saidia or buy site unseen. On signing the Private Purchase Contract 20% of the purchase price is payable (less initial holding deposit), then the second payment of 20% is due on start of construction (anticipated end of 2007) and the 60% balance is due on Completion which is estimated for end 2009/early 2010.
